WCLAC recognises that volunteers, interns and professionals seeking to work in Palestine can give valuable support to Palestinian women's struggle for justice, empowerment and self-determination.
Occasionally, WCLAC is able to host volunteers, interns and professionals. We accept applications for English-speaking volunteers, interns and professionals on a rolling basis. To apply in English, please send an email attaching your CV (no more than 3 pages) and a 1 page covering letter explaining your relevant experience and your interest in working with WCLAC, and including information on your level of English- and Arabic-language skills. The email should be sent to email@example.com with the phrase "WCLAC Vacancy" in the subject line.
Please note: on account of the nature of our social work and legal case work, a certain level of Arabic is essential for many aspects of WCLAC's work. However, those with or without Arabic-language skills may be able to gain experience and contribute to WCLAC's work by supporting our international advocacy team and supporting WCLAC's project development and activity reporting - essential experience for many roles in gender justice projects and in international development work more generally.
